What makes Orleans Home Fragrances unique?
Our products are inspired by the rich culture and soul of New Orleans. We use high-quality, long-lasting fragrance oils and premium wax blends to ensure an exceptional scent throw that fills your entire home.
How long will my candle last?
Our standard 11oz candles typically provide a burn time of 60 to 70 hours. To maximize the life of your candle, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance if I don't like it?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused and unlit products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Are your products safe for pets?
While our fragrances are formulated with high safety standards, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets. Specific ingredient information is available upon request if your pet has known sensitivities.
