At Orleans Home Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile glass containers are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
